Breakfast Idea: Egg Beaters

Good morning busy people. Today I wanted to give you a breakfast idea using egg beaters. Egg beaters is a healthy substitute to chicken eggs and it’s lower in calories than the whole egg. It’s mostly just egg whites with a few other things added to give it color, make it thicker, and give it flavor.  I like egg whites too, but sometimes I just want my eggs to be yellow and fluffy, you know, like a regular whole egg but without all the calories. I don’t know, I guess I’m just weird like that, haha.  Or maybe not, I just try to find ways to reduce calories without sacrificing the taste. Egg beaters have 25 calories per serving, unlike a large chicken egg which has about 75 calories. Anyway, enjoy your omelet with egg beaters sometimes.
