Ground Turkey and Vegetable Soup
I love eating salads when it’s hot and comfort soups in the winter, but spring is quickly approaching and I wanted to post all the soup recipes I could before the seasons change. This is a ground turkey and mixed vegetable soup that I absolutely love. I hope you enjoy!
- 1lb lean ground turkey
- 3/4 cup frozen peas
- 3/4 cup frozen corn
- 3/4 cup frozen carrots
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- Brown ground turkey in a pan.
- In a large pot, bring broth, water, and crushed tomatoes to a boil. Add frozen vegetables and cooked turkey. Reduce heat to a simmer. Serve.
